JOURNEY TO RENEWAL MAIL-IN ART SHOW

Remember, you don’t have to be an “artist” to submit something for the show.  Make a postcard that reflects your “Journey to Renewal,” your relationship with Johnston, or how Johnston has affected you and your life.  Your postcard can be words, it can be a drawing, or it can be pictures you cut out of a magazine.  It can be whatever size you like, as long as it can be mailed.  For additional information contact Penny McElroy at Penny@magpieseye.com.

Even with all the help that committee and community members have provided, if you want to get involved we still need your help during the weekend!

 

 Shabbat Service
Our Johnston graduates, Rabbis Patricia Karlin-Neumann and Gary Schoenberg (and his wife, Rabbi Laurie Rutenberg) will be hosting a Shabbat dinner (vegetarian/fish) and candlelighting in Bekins Hall at 6 pm, Friday, February 13.  RSVP is a MUST, since space is limited to the first twenty people who respond. Please reserve a place by e-mailing <gesher@comcast.net >   Looking forward to celebrating!
 

Also, we want current students to be full participants in the Renewal, but it is difficult for them to pay the registration fees.
